Prices of products offered for sale on this web site do not include shipping charges, state required taxes, rush charges or any other additional charges; these charges will be communicated prior to processing the order and will appear on your invoice. Currently, sales tax is added to all orders shipping within Arizona.

Title to products passes from Arizona Flyfishing to you upon shipment from our facility. This means that you own the merchandise from that point on. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs departments or by 'acts of God'. Loss or damage occurring during shipment is customers' responsibility.

REFUND POLICY

Defective merchandise purchased at Arizona Flyfishing may be returned within 30 after the date of purchase for a store credit refund.

In case we have made a mistake in processing your order (defective merchandize, embroidery or imprinting problems, etc.), you will get full reimbursement. If you insist on returning an order that has been properly processed by Arizona Flyfishing, we will do our best to issue a full store refund credit. In most cases, however, only a partial refund will be issued. We will accept items as returns that are in their original unworn condition and that are sent with the original invoice.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if you purchased by credit card, you will be sent a refund at the same card. On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.

JURISDICTION

This web site and its terms and conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws f the State of Arizona, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.
